Course duration: The program consists of a comprehensive curriculum encompassing 360 contact hours, divided into fifteen (15) 3-day courses. These manual therapy courses maintain a balanced ratio of 40% theoretical content to 60% practical instruction, except for the Pain course. The overall duration of the course spans from 12 to 15 months.

- Clinical Reasoning Essentials, Clinical Examination Principles, Patient History Recording, Flag System, Evidence-Based Practice, Research Methodology
- Basic Human Biomechanics, Clinical Examination, Pathology, Mobilization Techniques of the Lower Limb
- Basic Human Biomechanics, Clinical Examination, Pathology, Mobilization Techniques of the Upper Limb
- Basic Human Biomechanics, Clinical Examination, Pathology, Mobilization Techniques of the Cervical and Thoracic Spine
- Basic Human Biomechanics, Clinical Examination, Pathology, Mobilization Techniques of the Lumbar Spine and the Sacroiliac Joints
- Neurophysiology, Neurobiology, Assessment and Management of Pain
- Exercise Prescription Basics as well as Conditions and Injuries of the Musculoskeletal System (Tendinopathies, Post-Surgical Conditions, Overuse Syndromes, etc.)
- High-Velocity Manipulation Techniques of the Spine and Peripheral Joints
Obtained title: A successful completion of the program leads to the international title of OMPT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Physical Therapist), which is recognized in 38 countries through the Reciprocal Recognition procedure [https://www.ifompt.org/How+to+Join.html]. To obtain the OMPT title, candidates must fulfill additional prerequisites, including supervised clinical placement*, VIVA, written and oral exams, and dissertation submission.
Target audience: Licensed physiotherapists seeking to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.

* Small groups of 6 participants/instructor in a clinical environment with actual case studies.
